This year, we are hosting an online advent calendar. It is online now, but the windows can’t be opened until 1st December. Each day will have a different giveaway, discount code, or interesting fact. Make sure you check it every day – the giveaways and discounts will only be valid for a single day.
A Damn Close-Run Thing is now available in large print. This is something of an experiment – if sales figures suggest that large print is in demand, then we’ll look at making other books available in that format. If you would like to see one of our other books available in large print, email us and let us know.
We are pleased to announce that we have set up two bundles on Wargame Vault (they aren’t available anywhere else). The bundles represent savings of 33-40%, compared to buying the individual items.
The Wargames Website is a new website for wargamers, which aims to offer a combined news feed and forum. It’s still very new, but looks good already, and looks set to get better. Membership is free, but Sponsoring Members get access to sponsoring member forums, articles, and occasional offers from traders. Shilka Publishing is offering a 50% discount to sponsoring members of The Wargames Website until the end of August. Sponsoring membership only costs £1 per month, and TWW will be donating all money received from sponsoring memberships until the end of the month to charity. The charity will be chosen by the sponsoring members at the end of the month.
It’s the centenary of World War One, and we decided to give you the chance to test your knowledge of the Great War. So, we’ve set up a short quiz. Everyone who takes part will win a discount code, worth between 20% and 90% off a single purchase.
To be sure of hearing about chances to win discount codes in future, and to get 20% off every purchase, join our mailing list.
